Retailer Booth

Each booth consists of 10’x10’ pipe and drape, choice of 1 - 8’ or 6’ table, two economy chairs, trash can and three exhibitor badges (badges are limited to exhibitors and their employees only.) Additional tables and/or upgraded chairs are available for rental. Additional exhibitor badges (maximum of 2 per booth space) are available for purchase for $20 each based on availability.

I further acknowledge that failure to abide by the GACC Terms & Conditions may result in the loss of my exhibitor privileges without recourse or refund. Great American Comic Con Exhibitor Rules & Regulations


PAYMENT POLICY: By returning this contract, Exhibitor understands and agrees to pay all listed fees on the Registration Form for the booth space requested. Sub-letting or sharing of exhibit space is NOT allowed without the express permission of Great American Comic Convention. In the case of more than one exhibitor sharing a space, the name of the exhibitor on the contract assumes all financial responsibility for that space. Great American Comic Convention must be notified, at the time of the reservation, of exhibitor’s intent to share space.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellations prior to sixty (60) days prior to the show shall be entitled to a seventy five percent (75%) refund of contracted booth cost. Cancellations between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days prior to the show shall be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of contracted booth cost. Cancellations between ten (10) and thirty (30) days prior to the show shall be entitled to a twenty five percent (25%) refund of contracted booth cost. No refunds shall be granted for cancellations within ten (10) days of November 17th, 2018.

EXHIBITOR SPACE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Badges must be worn throughout the show and are limited to use by exhibitors and their staff only.

Exhibitor agrees to remain “open” during all event floor hours of the convention. No early breakdown is allowed without the prior consent of Event Management.

Displays are limited in height to 8 feet in height. Anything in excess MUST be cleared by Event Management prior to the start of the event. Failure to clear oversized displays may result in removal by Event Management.

Electrical and/or internet services are available for an additional charge. Contact Great American Comic Convention for pricing and availability.

A trash container will be provided to each booth or table space and trash pick-up will take place each night after the conclusion of the event each day. Exhibitor agrees to keep their area free of all trash and clutter throughout the event. Failure to do so may result in a $75.00 cleaning fee charged to the exhibitor.

Do not encroach on aisles that border your booth. Fire extinguishers, hose cabinets, fire exits or fire alarms cannot be blocked or covered.

All decorations must be flame retardant or FR rated. They are subject to a random flame test by the fire marshal. All extension cords must be a minimum of 14 gauge, 3 wire and grounded. Lightweight extension cords or zip cords are strictly not allowed. Decision of the Fire Marshall is final.

Exhibitors must police their own booth or tables to be sure that noise levels from sounds systems are kept to a minimum and do not interfere with others. GACCLV reserves the right to determine at what point sounds constitutes interference with others and must be discontinued.

The Great American Comic Con reserves the right to deny vendor/creator access to any event if the event management feels that participation by a group or individual will harm the event and/or the event staff or facility in any manner. The Event Management will be the final arbiter in these cases.

Load in will take place on November 16th, 2018 between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday at 7:00 am and must be completed by 9:00 am. All vehicles must be removed for the loading area by 8:45 am.
Load out: All exhibitors must be packed up and all products and materials must be entirely removed from the convention space by 11:00 PM on November 18th, 2018. If additional load out time is needed for Monday morning, November 19th, 2018, exhibitors must make arrangements and be cleared by Event Management prior to 11:00 pm on Sunday, November 18th, 2018.

MERCHANDISE/VIDEO SALES/BOOTLEGS: Please be advised that the sale and display of any merchandise (including but not limited to video tapes, DVD’s, CD’s and artist’s renderings in any form or format) shall only be allowed where the merchandise has been packaged by an approved license holder for the property(s) depicted and does not violate the rights of the rights-holder to the property(s) depicted, including and in respect to copyright and trademark. Vendors may be asked to provide documentation establishing such packaging, authorization, and authenticity; and must be prepared to produce it upon request. Exhibitors are responsible for the legality of the items they sell, as well as government and/or tax licenses, and insurance. No bootleg material shall be sold at the Great American Comic Convention.

ADULT MATERIAL: Exhibitors agree that they will not sell or distribute adult/pornographic materials to minors. All “Adult Only” material must be either located behind your table or, if displayed on a table or rack in public view, covered so that minors may not view or open it. Any and all material depicting nudity must be covered. Adult video and DVD sales are not allowed.

NEVADA RESALE AND SALES TAX: Exhibitors are responsible for collection and payment of all Nevada sales tax!

GUEST APPEARANCES: Event Management books all guests on a good faith basis. Sometimes life and deadline issues arise requiring cancellation of a guest’s appearance. Event Management does not guarantee the appearance of any guest, but we do everything reasonably in our power to secure their appearance. Event Management does not advertise a guest until they have confirmed their appearance at the show. Event Management is not responsible for any guest that fails to appear at the event.

LIABILITY: Great American Comic Convention and the Las Vegas Convention Center -South Hall are not responsible for any theft or loss. Exhibitor is responsible for his or her own security during the event.

The Exhibitor agrees to protect, keep and save Great American Comic Convention and Desert Wind Enterprises, Inc, the promoter of the event, forever harmless from any damage(s) or charge(s) imposed for violations of any ordinance or regulation by the Exhibitor, his employees or agents, as well as failure to comply with the terms and agreements of this contract.

Further, Exhibitors shall at all times protect, indemnify, save and keep harmless Great American Comic Convention and Desert Wind Enterprises, Inc. against and from any loss, cost, damage, liability, injury or expense which arises out of or from or by reason of any act or omission of the Exhibitor, his employees or agents.

In the event that the Las Vegas Convention Center -South Hall or any part of the exhibit area thereof is unavailabel, whether for the entire event or a portion of the event, as a result of fire, flood, tempest, or another such cause, or as a result of governmental intervention, malicious damage, acts of war, strike, labor disputes, riot or agency which the Great American Comic Convention and Desert Wind Enterprises, Inc. have no control, or should the Great American Comic Convention decide that because of such cause it is necessary to cancel, postpone, or re-site the show, or reduce installation time, exhibit time or move out time, the Great American Comic Convention and Desert Wind Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect to any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising as a result thereof.
